Our natural finish is a call back to simplicity and a reminder of the tranquility and beauty of nature. We individually shape and sand the body of each timber pen until it is silky smooth and then friction polish it at high speed on the wood lathe. The wooden pen takes on a glorious natural patina and reveals a texture that is warm and grounding. 

The timeless, sleek design of the Slimline is unsurpassable. It rests lightly in the hand and writes beautifully. It has gold fittings and features a high quality, smooth, twist mechanism and comes loaded with a quality black cross style refill.

This pen is created from Tasmanian oak timber. Tasmanian oak refers to three eucalypt species commonly found in Tasmania, as well as alpine regions in Victoria and NSW. Tassie oak trees grow up to 90 metres in height. It is generally a warm, light toned Australian hardwood timber with a dense, even grain; it is a distinctive and beautiful wood.

This Slimline pen comes standard in a protective velvet pen sleeve. You can add a quality black presentation box or an engrave-able timber pen box below.
